I am a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a Master of Science - Instructional Design and Technology. I am highly creative, organized, and a team player. I am interested in a modern approach to instructional design utilizing animated graphics and 3D virtual worlds along side Articulate Rise, Storyline and Adobe Captivate. I am interested in working for clients that are seeking a partner that will meet their challenges with the most up to date instructional design skills.

Currently creating global training for sales and technical teams for medical devices, disease states, assays and onboarding materials. Articulate Rise and Storyline are utilized to solve complex learning solutions integrating video, animated video and other engaging technologies to provide the best learning experience for the situation. Teamwork with subject matter experts and other stakeholders is a priority to ensure trainings are accurate and effective while keeping an agile and adaptive mindset. Organization, and optimization of time is a key role. The adoption of new technology such as AI and time saving editing products such as voiceover and translation software is a primary focus to stay ahead of the curve. A strong sense of user experience and design esthetics matched with strong technical writing skills and an eye for detail are always in focus.

Instructional Designer
Hired as the first instructional designer for the medical school program. Onboarded Articulate 360’s Storyline, Rise and Review 360 into the program.
Responsible for creating pre-work utilizing Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Microsoft Office, and Teams. Conceived and implemented the Instructional Design University for a knowledge base that houses tutorials on SOPs and FAQs. Instrumental in establishing SOPs for the procedures involved in working with the ID team. Design and production special projects for the Vice Dean utilizing Camtasia and Storyline. Primary duties are converting dated learning material into appropriate content using microlearning strategies and
knowledge checks.

Worked with the CEO of Streamcast Network to develop inspiring microlearning content in Articulate Rise to educate learners on "Having Grit" and "What it means to be an entrepreneur". Developed engaging content questions and co-produced a live simulcast in Bloomsburg University’s TV studio exploring the concepts.
